June 19, 2001 - I am so proud of myself. Yesterday I went to the beach. In my new two piece. Walked down to the beach with only a sarong on (instead of the usual dumpy t-shirt and long shorts). Then I laid out on my towel and removed the sarong (instead of removing the dumpy t-shirt and keeping on the shorts). I even walked on the beach in my suit and went in the water. I am so PROUD of myself! And you know what else, my body is pretty OK. I'm not the huge cow I was picturing myself to be last week as I prepared for this trip. I hope you all are as proud of me too!Gotta motor, the sun and wind are calling my name.... |
